These terms govern how we work together — from booking a tour to handling changes and cancellations.

Bookings & payments
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment as specified in your quotation. Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability. We accept bank transfer, mobile banking, and cash payments.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the policies of our suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers). In most cases, service fees are non-refundable. We will communicate the exact refund amount once we receive confirmation from all involved parties.
Changes to itineraries
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political conditions, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to provide alternatives of comparable quality and notify you promptly of any significant changes.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates, obtaining necessary visas, and complying with health requirements (vaccinations, insurance). Ar-Rihla is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
Liability
Ar-Rihla Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for accidents, delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third parties. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
